Outdoors, there are sitting, dining and BBQ areas fitted with metal pergolas stylishly tying in with, and enhancing, building volumes, while merging with balconies and adjacent metal parapets. Furthermore, façades were treated with thermal insulation, whereas the exposed-concrete balconies create a great contrast between volumes and textures.

Casa CoDi interior

The house consists of three levels, and outdoor areas on either side of this double-frontage plot. An access ramp connects the street to the basement level, where parking spaces, storage areas, an MEP room, and a guest room with private bathroom are all well-appointed.

On the ground level, an open-plan layout including living/dining-room areas is separated from the kitchen by the main staircase, and the guest bathroom located across the way in the living room area. The double-volume staircase to the first floor houses a hallway leading to three bedrooms—one of which is a master with en-suite bathroom, the other two are junior—the main bathroom and a laundry room.
